After the COVID-19 crisis, all nationalities are required to ask for a visa. There is no visa on arrival. Nationals of 53 countries can buy their visa online here:

The others can get a visa through the hotel they stay in (once they have booked their room) or through GUST.

Your passport must be valid at least  months.
